To mark International Women’s Day, we join Lara for an afternoon with Kate Stephens, the CEO of Smart Works.
Smart Works is a UK-based charity that is dedicated to helping women secure employment and change the trajectory of their lives. Operating across the UK with a network of 10 centres, the charity has successfully supported 30,000 women, providing them with high-quality interview clothing, styling advice, and one-to-one interview coaching.
95% feel more confident and 72% secure a job within a month of their appointment.
