RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

You'll need your order number which can be found in your order confirmation email (e.g. #9072SC) and the zip code of the address the package was delivered to.

RETURN POLICY

We accept returns of domestic orders within 30 days of the date the order was shipped.

Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

For international returns outside of the UK, return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer. Merchandise received past 30 days will automatically receive store credit in the form of an Varley gift card.

HOW TO CREATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

To create a return or exchange, please visit returnsuk.varley.com and follow the steps within the portal. You'll need two things:

1. Your Order Number, which can be found -

- in your order confirmation email
- in your shipping confirmation email
- by logging into your Varley Account

    2. Your Zip Code

    Please note, if you receive the error message "Order not found," you are not using a valid order number.

    Once your return or exchange has been created, you will receive a pre-paid return shipping label via email and you may drop your package at your nearest carrier location.

    REFUNDS

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take 1-5 business days.
    If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment. Note that it can take 3-5 business days for the credit to reflect in your bank account due to varying processing times between financial organizations.

    OUR GUARANTEE

    We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange.
    If you are worried that an item you received may be damaged or defective, please email support@varley.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. Please also include photos so we may better assist you.
