I have questions about my order, what should I do?

Can I change or cancel my order?


Depending on the status of your order, we may not be able to change or cancel it. Please contact us immediately at support@varley.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Do you offer expedited shipping?


We currently don’t offer expedited shipping.

Does Varley ship internationally?


We are proud to say that we ship to (almost) all international destinations.

What is your return policy?


We will gladly offer a full refund on orders from uk.varley.com within 21 days from receipt of goods.

How long does a return or exchange take to process?


Refunds are issued within 7-10 business days from receipt of package at our facility (but usually sooner!). You will be notified via email once your return has been processed. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment only.

What is Final Sale?


“Final Sale” means the specified merchandise is not eligible for return or exchange.

What do I do if something is out of stock?


Simply sign up for back in stock notifications and we will email you if your size becomes available.

How should I care for my Varley products?


Please note specific care instructions can be found on each Varley garment.

General care instructions for our products are as follows:

- Machine wash cold with like colors, using delicate cycle. Do not use fabric softener or bleach.
- Hang dry or lay flat to dry. Do not tumble dry.
- For Bras: We recommend removing the cups, as it helps keep the original shape. Hand wash cups in cold water, lay flat to dry.
- Do not iron
- Do not dry clean
